This HOA provides a variety of services that will ensure a beautiful living environment as well as help guard the value of your home. Some of the items this includes are: Maintenance and upkeep of the common areas, water, sewer, trash service, a blanket insurance policy, maintenance of the exterior of your building, including the roof and stucco.
